Refund policy

60-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want your pet to love their Pawseya fountain or feeder.
If they don't, you shouldn't be stuck with it.

You have 60 full days from the day your order arrives to try it out.
If your pet doesn't take to it — or you're just not happy for any
reason — email us at support@pawseya.com with your order number.
We'll refund you 100%. No runaround. No hoops.


Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order shows up broken, missing parts, or the wrong product,
email support@pawseya.com right away with a photo. We cover the
return shipping and either send a replacement or refund you in full —
your choice.


Returning Something That's Not Defective

If you're returning an item for any reason other than damage, you
cover the return shipping. Everything else is on us.

Warranty
All Pawseya electronics carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the
delivery date. If your unit fails through normal use within 12 months,
email support@pawseya.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send
a free replacement, no return required.


Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return what you have,
then place a new order for what you want. Your refund processes
faster this way than waiting for an exchange.


Items We Can't Take Back

A few things are final sale:
 • Gift cards
 • Clearance or sale items

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2 business days
and email you the result. If approved, your refund hits your original
payment method within 10 business days.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return
and you still don't see the refund, email us and we'll track it down.
