Shipping & delivery
Most Pawseya orders ship within 1-2 business days of placement. Delivery time depends on which of our partner warehouses fulfills your order:
• US warehouse fulfillment: 5-7 business days from ship date
• Overseas warehouse fulfillment: 10-15 business days from ship date
We default to our US warehouse whenever stock is available there. When a product is temporarily out of stock at the US warehouse, we ship from our overseas partner warehouse so your order isn't delayed by waiting for a restock. You'll receive tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse, with the exact carrier and estimated delivery window.
International shipping (Canada): 10-21 business days. Customs duties may apply at delivery.
All Pawseya orders are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee and 1-year warranty, regardless of which warehouse ships your order.
Where's my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received tracking after 2 business days, please email support@pawseya.com — a real person responds within 4 hours on business days.
Lost or delayed packages
Orders that don't arrive within the windows above are eligible for a free reship or full refund. Just email us with your order number.
